As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will have a total of 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements, participating in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. You will perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform and engage in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation. Additionally, you will participate in the sales cycle as needed and be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables. You will proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development. Providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance will be part of your role. You will also be responsible for reviewing implementations done by less experienced developers and offering feedback and suggestions. As a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, you will designate tasks to team members effectively. Having 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms and at least Salesforce certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I is required. Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise-sized companies is essential. You should possess working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns and development, software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing), and experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, ETL tools, web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc), and Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM is expected. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for this role.
