Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Technementals Innovation India Private Limited, your role will involve designing, customizing, and maintaining CRM applications within Salesforce to support business processes. You will be responsible for creating efficient and reliable code in Apex and Visualforce, managing deployments, and performing rigorous testing. Key Responsibilities: - Design and customize CRM applications to support business processes, ensuring scalability and integration with other applications using APIs. - Create and maintain efficient, reliable code in Apex and Visualforce, managing deployments and performing rigorous testing. - Address and resolve bugs, optimizing Salesforce application performance. - Implement data governance and ensure compliance with security best practices. - Stay updated with Salesforce trends and innovations, continuously enhancing platform capabilities. - Mentor and coach junior developers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of strong experience with Java-script, Java development (Core Java 8 + concurrency / Spring Framework), and HTML - 3+ years of strong experience with relational databases and SQL. Oracle/PostgreSQL experience is especially a plus. - Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, and general OOP concepts and design patterns - Experience in integrating systems using SOAP/REST Services - Experience with advanced APEX programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, and efficient, reliable trigger handling preferred. Asynchronous operations will be considered an advantage. - Experience in working with Force Bulk API and the Metadata API is preferred - Good English skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills - A passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment - A detail-oriented approach prioritizing great quality of work and high standards - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage several projects per sprint Additional Details about the Company: Tradu is a new multi-asset global trading platform and is part of the Stratos group of companies.
