Vacancy Name FCC Business Analyst Vacancy No VN1293 Employment Type Regular Full-Time Location Chennai Job Details We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst, who will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements and managing various ongoing and future automation projects. The successful candidate will become a go-to person for a variety of business requests and will be expected to work closely with management and staff of the FCC Department. Primary Responsibilities (not limited to) Review, refine and write business requirements in user story and/or long form narrative formats. Creating logical and innovative solutions to achieve business objectives with a focus on internal FCC processes Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Verify feature requests and bug fixes in production Working with technical development and other counterparts, including non-technical business stakeholders to design and deliver enhancements to new and existing automations Conduct ongoing monitoring of automations to ensure they are working as expected Share knowledge with other team members to educate them on the processes and technologies you support Requirements Essential: At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with extensive experience writing User Stories and business requirements Extensive experience with designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize internal processes and automations Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce Data-driven, able to analyze and visualize complex data Fluent English written and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Business Analyst certification(s) Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – Data Organization and Manipulation Experience, querying databases and using computer languages (Python, SQL, Postgres SQL) Stratos is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst, who will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements and managing various ongoing and future automation projects.
