Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer (AWS+P2P) at NTT DATA in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, you will have a crucial role in designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, proposing software design, instructing software developers on proper design methods, defining standard database design, and providing production support. Additionally, you will need to set standards for software design and development. You will work closely with clients in project delivery and pre-sales/solution consulting conversations, integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems to meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ability to communicate clearly and close open-ended conversations to drive outcomes effectively. - Understanding and analyzing client needs, breaking down problems, and presenting comprehensive solutions in both Projects Delivery and Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales conversations. - Leading a team of 6-8 individuals, especially in projects delivery. - Demonstrating solution concepts through demos/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) within 1-2 days. **Qualifications and Experience Required:** - **Experience Level:** 4-6 Years - **Must-Have Skills:** - End-to-end implementation experience across Sales and Service Cloud - Designing, configuring, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including integrations with third-party applications and tools - Experience with Data Migration - Developing coding standards and guiding software developers - Using APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Visual Workflow for extensions - Implementing platform end-to-end, including data conversion and post-production support - System administration, including user management, environment planning, and workflow configuration - Experience with SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, and XML - Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and SQL - **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Admin, PD1, PD2 - Familiarity with JIRA & Release Management Tools - Experience with Agile Project methodology - Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skills **Educational Background:** - Bachelors Degree (BSc / B.Com / BE / B.Tech) / MBA At NTT DATA, a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, we are committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
