Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable solutions on Salesforce Communications Cloud using EPC, CPQ, COM, and ESM modules. The role involves building and enhancing business processes with OmniStudio tools (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts) and developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience.
4+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.Strong expertise in OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts).Skilled in Lightning Web Components (LWC), API and custom integrations.Experience with Case creation from different channels/Omni-Channel Routing/Case Escalations/SLA Management using entitlements and milestones
