Role Summary

Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  ,

  Aura Components

  , and

  Apex

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including

  custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and integrations

• Architect scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and security standards
• Perform

  code reviews

  , ensure quality, and enforce development standards
• Collaborate with Admins, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Manage

  Salesforce integrations

  using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (as applicable)
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Aura

• Advanced proficiency in

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers

• Experience with

  Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce security model

  (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Experience with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with

  DevOps tools

  (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
