HR & Marketing Intern

Summary

Untangle It is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This dual-role internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and marketing, providing a comprehensive understanding of how these two vital functions drive business success. 

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Marketing:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and audience insights.
• Create, capture, and edit engaging content (posts, reels, videos, copy) for various social media and digital platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content formats.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them to our strategy.

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to new challenges.
