Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Intern will focus on generating and qualifying leads for our SaaS software solutions through online channels. This role involves leveraging digital tools, social selling, and strategic outreach to identify and engage potential customers, nurturing them through the sales funnel to drive conversions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-oriented, and passionate about building relationships in the B2B SaaS space. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Proactively identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through online channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and other digital platforms. Outreach and Engagement : Craft personalized outreach messages (emails, LinkedIn InMails, etc.) to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in target industries. Lead Qualification : Qualify leads using lead scoring and data enrichment tools to prioritize high-potential prospects most likely to convert. Pipeline Management : Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive) with accurate lead information, tracking interactions and progress through the sales funnel. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to align lead generation strategies with overall go-to-market objectives. Sales Analytics : Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and improve conversion rates. Customer Engagement : Conduct initial discovery calls or virtual meetings to understand prospect needs and pitch BSmart’s SaaS solutions effectively. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to tailor outreach and enhance lead quality. Compliance : Ensure all outreach activities adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations. Experience : Idea in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. Skills : Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Strong understanding of online lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, OptinMonster). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. Familiarity with email marketing, social selling, and digital advertising strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
