Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR & Marketing Intern located in Coimbatore. The HR & Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Additionally, the intern will support various marketing activities and campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and market research.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or marketing is a plus
