Senior Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive in the International BPO team based in Jalandhar, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in outbound/inbound sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management for international clients. Your role will involve contacting potential or existing customers via calls/emails, understanding customer requirements, handling objections, and closing sales efficiently. It is essential to maintain a database of customers, achieve and exceed sales targets, and collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies. Providing excellent post-sales support and building strong customer relationships will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers via calls/emails to promote and sell products/services. - Understand customer requirements and offer solutions to meet their needs. - Handle objections and close sales efficiently. - Maintain a database of customers and update call records regularly. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. - Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies. - Provide excellent post-sales support and build strong customer relationships. Key Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). - Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
