Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote working. The professional in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and conducting market research to understand industry trends. They will strategize and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Effective communication with international clients and ensuring satisfaction remain central to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, client relationship management (Suppliers and Importers), and negotiation skills
• Experience in market research, business development, and crafting sales strategies
• Knowledge of agro-export markets and familiarity with agricultural products
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote and on-site responsibilities
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in import & export sales is mandatory.
