Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banking Loans Sales Representative to join our lending team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new loan business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and pursue new loan opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination targets Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for potential borrowers Present loan products and solutions tailored to customer requirements Maintain an active pipeline of qualified loan prospects Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities Cross-sell bank products and services to loan customers Loan Processing & Documentation Collect and analyze customer financial information and documentation Prepare accurate loan applications and supporting materials Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing departments Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and bank standards Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor local market conditions and competitor activities Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM system Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
