Managing a sales and Developing sales strategies: Creating strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues Establishing individual sales targets for the sales. Working with agents: Collaborating with agents on sales scripts and providing support to promote listings . Monitoring and interpreting sales figures and reporting .Making sure the sales team has the resources they need to perform well .Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses. Helping clients close a sale or facilitate a purchase Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients Working with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales and promotional materials Providing regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management Should have experience working on high ticket size will be plus.
