Designation: Sales Officer Reporting to: Sales Manager Coordinate with: Sales Manager, Factory Managers, Customers Job Objective: To continuously sell all range of products consistently to make sure both factories have production load of 1 week at any given time Job requirements: Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ Commerce/ Sales fields Experience: Preferably minimum experience of 1 years of B2B selling Skills to be learnt in initial period of employment: Tally, MS Excel and Google sheets, Plastic moulding basics, Technical knowledge of our product range Responsibilities: ● Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions. ● Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. ● Constantly generate leads through Indiamart and qualify leads (Through Expos and Indiamart) and convert them into sales. ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. ● Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. ● Provide excellent customer service and support. ● Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. ● Find innovative ways to sell our products and update CEO/ Sales Managers on requests made my Customers to understand market trends ● Constantly monitor costs, gross profit margins, market trends and plant idle time and dynamically alter pricing to optimise profitability of organisation. ● Continuously learn selling techniques, negotiation skills and product knowledge Record maintenance/ Sheets to update: ● Update Indiamart daily enquiries Google sheets till the lead lifecycle is over ● Update OC List Google sheets on time and make sure Production team is aware of all changes made to the sheets ● Keep track of all deliveries to be made, follow up with the production team and clients and make sure all deliveries are shipping on time. If there is a delay, escalate to Sales Manager and CEO ● Attend weekly sales review meetings with CEO and Sales Manager at fixed time ● Update the Sales and Collections and other relevant data on TOC Weekly Tracker
Designation: Quality Assistant Reporting to: Quality Manager Coordinate with: Operators, Production supervisors, Factory Manager and Quality Manager Job Objective: To ensure only quality products are made in the factory and to make sure all compliances are followed in the factory Job requirements: ● Qualifications: Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical/ Production/ Polymer engineering ● Experience: Minimum 6 month experience in manufacturing industry ● Manufacturing skills to learn: Basics of plastic manufacturing, 5S, CAPA, Root cause analysis, ISO 9001 manufacturing standards, Industrial safety, Google sheets, Communication skills Daily Routine: ● Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of production and fill in the quality checks reports ● Review and update quality documentation, such as inspection records and corrective action reports and any other reports as necessary ● Immediately flag any non-conformances in the product immediately in the Whatsapp group and make sure the whole team immediately addresses the issue. ● Support Quality Mana Record maintenance/ Sheets to update: ● Maintain log for preventive maintenance

Daily Routine: ● Handle petty cash.
