Position:

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly
disbursement targets
for Micro LAP products.
Develop and manage
DSA network
and open market channels for lead generation.
Handle a team of sales officers; ensure productivity and performance.
Coordinate with
Credit, Operations, and Collections
for smooth processing.
Maintain
portfolio quality
and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and audit norms.
Drive
business development
through market mapping and competitor analysis.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure CRM hygiene.

Candidate Profile

Experience:
810 years in
Retail Assets
(Micro LAP / LAP / Business Loans).
Industry Preference:
Banking/NBFC with exposure to
secured lending
.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in
DSA management
and
open market sourcing
.
Proven track record in
team handling
and achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of
credit appraisal
and risk management.

Education:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Language:
Tamil proficiency and local market knowledge.
