Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead B2B sales for industrial products (tubes, fin tubes, boiler tubes, heat-exchanger applications etc.)
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, negotiation, proposals, and closing.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate/industrial clients.
Identify new market segments and expand business across industries and geographies.
Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, and dispatch for customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence reports.
Participate in customer visits, audits, and technical interactions.
Regional travel for meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and plant visits.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in B2B industrial sales is mandatory (engineering, metal, energy, EPC, OEM or related sectors preferred).
Mechanical Engineering background is preferred, but not compulsory.
Strong communication, technical understanding, and negotiation skills.
Proven capability in handling corporate, OEM, EPC, and industrial customers.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver monthly targets.
Willingness to travel regionally for business development.

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred; Mechanical is an advantage)
MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added benefit.
