About the Role

Founding Sales Professional

You'll help architect and lead our entire sales process, from identifying and generating leads to conducting diagnostic calls and building meaningful offline customer relationships. This is more than just a sales job; it's a chance to shape how we connect with and serve our customers while establishing the foundation for our future sales success.

We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused professional who thrives in consultative sales environments and has a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape. If you're energized by the prospect of wearing multiple hats, building something from scratch, and working closely with leadership to drive growth, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Build the Sales Engine

    : Assist in building and implement our entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    : Identify, research, and engage potential customers through multiple channels
  • Diagnostic Sales Calls

    : Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Offline Customer Engagement

    : Build and maintain relationships through in-person meetings, events, and strategic touchpoints
  • Sales Process Optimization

    : Continuously refine and improve sales methodologies, tools, and workflows
  • Pipeline Management

    : Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
  • Founder Collaboration

    : Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, product-market fit, and growth initiatives
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

    : Create sales playbooks, processes, and best practices for future team scaling


Requirements

  • SaaS Sales Experience

    : 3-6 years in SaaS sales with proven track record of quota achievement
  • Consultative Sales Expertise

    : Strong ability to understand complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • SME Network & Relationship Building

    : Existing connections with or ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • People-First Approach

    : High energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and genuine passion for helping customers succeed
  • Startup Mindset

    : Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
