Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company revenue. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales staff, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are met
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with the marketing department to develop lead generation strategies
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
