Job Summary: As a Tele caller you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients, introducing our products/services, and assisting them with their inquiries. Your role will involve generating leads, setting up appointments, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospects to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers from provided leads or contact lists.
• Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively explain our products or services to prospects.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and gather relevant information.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
• Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions taken.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our products/services and sales strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to the team or management.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Attitude: Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
