Generate qualified leads for the sales team through effective communication. Explain tour packages, visa services, and other travel offerings in a simple and convincing manner. Maintain a daily calling list and follow up with interested prospects. Update lead status and customer details in the CRM/Excel sheet. Schedule appointments or call-backs for the sales team when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets. Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services. Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex enquiries to the sales team. Build rapport with potential customers to increase conversion chances. Skills Required Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi). Good customer handling and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (travel industry preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle outbound calls and generate quality leads. Basic knowledge of travel services (tours, packages, visa support) is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer operations. Ability to work under targets and meet daily/weekly call goals. Good listening skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
