Sales Executive - FIT

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell customized Domestic FIT Tour Packages. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong knowledge of Indian destinations, and the ability to close sales through effective customer interaction, itinerary planning, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell tailor-made domestic tour packages for individual travelers, couples, and families

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits

· Understand client preferences and design personalized itineraries accordingly

· Share detailed information about destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities

· Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth trip execution

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business

· Stay updated on domestic tourism trends, destinations, and travel regulations

· Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality OR minimum 1–3 years of experience in selling domestic FIT tour packages

· Strong knowledge of popular and offbeat Indian tourist destinations

· Excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills

· Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close sales

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

· Energetic, well-organized, and customer-centric approach
