Duties & Responsibilities Product Design & Development : Develop bespoke travel packages and experiences for FIT clients within the MICE sector, including specialized itineraries, accommodations, and local activities. Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor client servicing executives, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budgets. Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation : Identify and establish relationships with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, local tour operators), negotiate competitive rates, and secure favourable terms to enhance product offerings.
