Job Overview

MICE Sales Intern/Executive


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Support in identifying new business opportunities within the MICE segment through research and networking.
  • Assist in developing a pipeline of potential clients, including corporate organizations, event agencies, and associations.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts through market analysis and outreach activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Support in client meetings, presentations, and proposal drafting.
  • Help coordinate site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Act as a support contact for clients, addressing their requirements before, during, and after events.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on MICE trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Assist in creating marketing strategies and promotional content targeting the MICE audience.

Revenue & Sales Support:

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by assisting in securing group bookings and events.
  • Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budget analysis.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:

    0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or event management (freshers can apply for internships).
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales, client management, or event planning.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to learn about MICE sales and business development.
