Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and oversee online marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with social media campaigns, video editing, poster designing, and digital advertising, while also guiding the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns for our travel and tourism services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan, run, and optimize social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and oversee posters, brochures, ads, and creatives for online and offline promotions.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and promotional content for social media and website.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reports with improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in travel and tourism marketing.
  • Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in travel/tourism industry).
  • Strong knowledge of social media ads, SEO, SEM, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
