Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining project details, generating site visits, and maintaining strong follow-up communication to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

Call inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and timeline.
Convert leads into confirmed site visits.

Follow-ups & Database Management

Maintain daily follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Track interested leads and update CRM/Excel with call notes.
Nurture warm leads until closure.

Coordination

Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives.
Share brochures, location pins, and project details with clients.
Work closely with the sales team to support closures.

Communication & Customer Handling

Provide excellent customer experience on calls.
Handle objections and queries professionally.
Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred).
Confident and polite phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects (training will be provided).
Ability to handle pressure and manage targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools/Excel is a plus.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Work Expectations

Make 100–200 calls per day (depending on project).
Generate daily site visits.
Maintain accurate lead data.
Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.
