Job Description – Telecaller Executive Location: Skinroots, Greater Kailash, New Delhi Department: Client Relations / Business Development Reports To: Clinic Manager / Marketing Head About Skinroots: Skinroots is a leading dermatology and aesthetic clinic located in the heart of South Delhi. We specialize in advanced skincare, hair restoration, cosmetic treatments, and wellness services. Our mission is to provide personalized and ethical care using the latest technology and medically proven treatments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Skinroots' dermatology and aesthetic services. Handle inbound queries regarding treatments, appointments, packages, and consultations. Generate leads through telecalling, online follow-ups, and client engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Educate potential clients about Skinroots’ services, offers, and treatment benefits professionally and confidently. Book appointments and coordinate with front desk and dermatologists for smooth scheduling. Follow up with leads and past clients for re-engagement and feedback. Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a high level of service delivery. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings. Assist with marketing campaigns via SMS/WhatsApp/email where required. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate degree in any stream. Preference for Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Experience in dermatology, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industry is strongly preferred. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Comfortable with using clinic management systems and CRM tools like Zoho, Practo, or similar platforms. Key Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Pleasant and professional phone etiquette. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment. Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset. Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week) Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Application Question(s): How many year of experience do you have as a Tele caller?
