Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive cum Tele caller to manage our client relationships and ensure high-quality follow-up via tele calling. This dual-role individual will be the first point of contact for leads, ensuring every inquiry is nurtured, converted, and retained through personalized communication and system-based CRM management.

Key Responsibilities: Tele calling Responsibilities:

  • Call leads generated through ads, referrals, and social media to pitch clinic services.
  • Explain dermatology, laser, skin, and hair transplant services to prospects.
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper call logs.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate with the clinic team for follow-up reminders.
  • Understand and communicate service pricing, offers, and packages effectively.

CRM Management:

  • Manage lead entries, status updates, and follow-up scheduling in the CRM system.
  • Tag and segment leads based on service interest and communication stage.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to track conversion performance.
  • Maintain data hygiene and report errors or duplications.
  • Generate weekly reports on lead status, drop-offs, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling or CRM handling (healthcare/clinic background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Zoho or similar.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily calling targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
