Full job description Quantity Surveying, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Costing, Sub Contractor Billing, Bar Bending Schedule, Preparation and tacking the Budget, Material reconciliation, Rate Negotiation and preparing the comparison statement. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of BOQ Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Sub-contractors & sub agencies bills Monthly Reports of Work orders and billed details Rate Analysis for Tendered and Non tendered items Reconciliation of all types of Materials Calculate the Shuttering material and Bar Bending Schedule Daily Progress report Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders. Maintain drawing registers Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor for High-rise Residential building/ Villas Project (Male Candidate only) Education Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering Desirables: Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; Work well under pressure. Job Purpose The CRM Executive/Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships during post-sales support—ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely communication, and smooth coordination between sales, projects, legal, and finance teams.
