Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Manager cum Counsellor. In this dual role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning while providing personalized consultations and support to our clients. You will work closely with the clinic manager and medical team to maintain high standards of care, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Operations:
  • Assist in managing daily clinic activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols.
  • Supervise clinic staff, including receptionists, patient care coordinators, and administrative personnel.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records management, and inventory of clinic supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of clinic premises.
  • Handle escalations related to client concerns, coordinating with the clinic manager to resolve issues.
  • Counselling and Client Relations:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients, understanding their needs and concerns regarding skin and hair treatments.
  • Educate clients about treatment options, procedures, and post-care requirements.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, guiding them through their treatment plans and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure positive outcomes and address any concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Sales and Marketing Support:
  • Assist in promoting clinic services and packages to new and existing clients.
  • Upsell treatments and procedures based on client requirements and clinic offerings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for clinic promotions, events, and client engagement activities.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in managing billing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with dermatologists, trichologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Support in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and client service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinic management or counselling (preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Knowledge of dermatological treatments and products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
