Job Description

Purpose: To oversee and coordinate daily operations at Coromandel Medical Centre, a CSR type polyclinic focused on delivering quality outpatient, sample collection, pharmacy, and observation services with digital health integration. The Clinic Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring high standards of care, efficient workflows, EMR adoption, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise daily functioning of OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and observation units.

● Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.

● Oversee front-office, admin, and support staff for quality, discipline, and cleanliness.

● Manage and train staff on using the EMR platform (e.g., MocDoc).

● Collaborate with IT teams to optimize EMR features and reporting tools

● Serve as liaison for patients, doctors, vendors, and operational stakeholders.

● Handle billing, registration, consent capture (including video/audio), and grievance

redressal

● Monitor inventory, handle procurement, and coordinate with vendors

● Ensure legal and statutory compliance (pharmacy, BMW, fire safety, etc.)

● Lead staff training on communication, digital tools, and clinic etiquette.

● Support outreach, health awareness, and community engagement programs.

● Gather and act on patient feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Graduate in healthcare, hospital administration, or a related field.

● 3–4 years of experience managing a clinic or primary care center.

● Proficient in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

● Familiar with EMR systems, especially in outpatient care.

● Strong skills in team management, communication, and problem-solving.

● Willing to work in a dynamic, semi-urban healthcare setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
