*Job Title:* Front Desk Executive *Report to:* Clinic Manager *Job Summary:* The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries 2. Manage patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes 3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area 4. Handle patient billing and payment processes 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records 6. Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff 7. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones , follow up and responding to messages *Requirements:* 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Previous experience preferred but not mandatory. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks *Skills:* 1. Strong customer service skills 2.
