Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive clinic revenue by generating leads, promoting Skinroots’ skin and hair services, and building partnerships with salons, gyms, spas, corporates, and wellness centers in Delhi NCR. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Visit potential clients/partners in the local area to generate leads and referrals.
• Distribute brochures, conduct mini-presentations, and promote clinic services.
• Convert leads into consultations and ensure client walk-ins.
• Brand Promotion & Awareness:
• Represent the clinic in local promotional events, wellness expos, societies, and corporate tie-ups.
• Build partnerships with salons, gyms, and other businesses to generate referrals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Follow up with interested leads regularly through field visits or phone calls.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the in-clinic consultation team for appointment bookings.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and referral sources.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track and report field activity, leads generated, and closures daily to the Sales/Clinic Manager.
• Maintain data in CRM and support in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12year of experience in field sales (preferably in healthcare, clinics, cosmetics, wellness, etc.)
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable with local fieldwork (Delhi NCR)
• Basic knowledge of CRM or data entry apps/tools
• Confident, target-driven, and persuasive attitude
• Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance can be discussed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
