At SkinRoots, we’re committed to delivering top-tier dermatological care while growing our practice through excellent patient outcomes and a well-guided team. We’re looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to help us reach new heights in both service quality and clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Coach and empower front-desk staff, tele-callers, and clinical teams to consistently meet and exceed revenue and patient visit targets.
  • Set and monitor performance KPIs—such as consultation conversion rates and upsell targets—and drive weekly improvements.
  • Champion initiatives to increase monthly bookings, treatment uptake, and follow-up compliance.
  • Clinic Operations & Efficiency
  • Manage daily clinic flow: appointment scheduling, patient intake, and practitioner coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management—skincare products, consumables, and promotional materials.
  • Patient Experience & Retention
  • Uphold a welcoming, high-touch patient experience from arrival to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Address patient questions or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Foster patient loyalty through personalized engagement and streamlined communication.
  • Reporting & Financial Oversight
  • Track daily/weekly revenue, treatment packages sold, no-show rates, and ROI on promotions.
  • Empower data-driven decisions by preparing comprehensive monthly dashboards for senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years in clinic management, healthcare administration, or comparable roles, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or allied specialties
  • Strong revenue-driven mindset: experienced in sales strategy, target setting, KPIs, and performance evaluation
  • Proven leadership skills—capable of inspiring teams, managing conflict, and coaching staff
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with clinic software systems or CRM tools (e.g., Practo, Jane, ClinicSense, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
