Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can handle outbound calls, generate leads, and effectively promote our travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers and create interest in our tour packages and services.

Key Responsibilities – Telecaller (Lead Generation)

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through effective communication.
  • Explain tour packages, visa services, and other travel offerings in a simple and convincing manner.
  • Maintain a daily calling list and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Update lead status and customer details in the CRM/Excel sheet.
  • Schedule appointments or call-backs for the sales team when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex enquiries to the sales team.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to increase conversion chances.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi).
  • Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (travel industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and generate quality leads.
  • Basic knowledge of travel services (tours, packages, visa support) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to work under targets and meet daily/weekly call goals.
  • Good listening skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and update lead information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
