Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and event clients
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with hotel pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to optimize performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics
  • Lead and support the sales team to meet individual and team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, and industry functions
  • Handle VIP accounts and key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Support event and group planning by coordinating with the banquet and operations teams
  • Contribute to budgeting, pricing decisions, and long-term business planning
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent service quality across all sales efforts.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
