Key Responsibilities:


- Enterprise Sales: Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow enterprise accounts.


- Pipeline Management: Build and scale a strong sales pipeline focused on high-value clients.


- Market Insights: Identify new opportunities, engage CXOs, and drive conversions.


- Competitive Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitors to refine positioning.


- Solution Selling: Deliver tailored product demos that address business needs.


- Global Deals: Respond to international RFPs, propose pricing, and lead contract negotiations.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction.


- Sales Forecasting: Maintain CRM discipline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.


What Were Looking For:


- 8 to 15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or HRTech.


- Proven success in closing large deals and growing enterprise revenue.


- Strong consultative selling and product demonstration skills.


- Global sales exposure is a plus.


- Data-driven approach with focus on metrics like MRR, CAC, retention.


- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
