Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager in Panaji. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth. The role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate Team Members and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategies development and Business opportunity identification skills
  • Client relationship management and Leadership skills
  • Market analysis and Reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or co-working industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales management
