Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the frozen food sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and growing market share in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and volume growth across key channels (retail, foodservice, HORECA, distributors). Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and regional sales staff to achieve performance targets. Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to enhance product placement and market penetration. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine sales plans and forecasts. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Manage pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with food safety and cold chain distribution standards. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, territories, and strategic partnerships.
