Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include taking immediate action based on market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to achieve the company's sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales plans
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the diamond tools or related industry is a plus
• Graduate in any Discipline, Diploma in Engineering
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Extensive Travel in the States of Rajasthan and Gujarat
