Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager B2B (Apple Business) will lead and drive Apple B2B sales operations in the Kollam region. Your responsibilities will include managing key dealer accounts, expanding the dealer base, mentoring junior sales managers, and ensuring that revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for driving B2B Apple sales growth across the Kollam region, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing key dealers, and identifying new business opportunities. It will be crucial to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, conduct regular dealer visits to review sales performance, address dealer challenges, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager Kerala to develop and execute sales strategies. Additionally, providing market insights, competitor analysis, and dealer performance reports, ensuring compliance with Apple brand standards, and maintaining a premium customer experience will be essential. Tracking billing, collections, and ensuring timely reporting to management, as well as coordinating with internal teams to support smooth dealer operations, will also be part of your role. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 6+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in smartphones. - Strong dealer network knowledge in Kollam or Kerala region is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to lead a small team and independently manage the region. - Strong target-driven approach with analytical and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Kollam region. - Male Candidate only About Company: Alps Distribution is Apple products authorized distribution company in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, headquartered in Cochin and have branches in Trivandrum, Thrissur, and Calicut.
