Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include client relationship management, sales forecasting, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Market Analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a sales team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing or brand management industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Willingness to work on-site at our Jaipur office
