Senior Sales Manager

Sales for Commercial Projects will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic

sales plans, and driving sales growth for our commercial projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with a

proven track record in sales leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and implement

successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team's skills and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing tailored solutions.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's commercial

projects.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the sales operations, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract

management.

Preferred candidate profile

From Commercial Real Estate Background & hands on Experience in SCO's

Good knowledge of Gurgaon market.

Great Channel Partner network in Delhi NCR.
