Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the frozen food industry. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, foodservice companies, and other relevant clients. Visit clients and potential customers to present our frozen food product range. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, product development) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates. Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and shelf placement in retail locations.
