Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Business Development: o Identify and target new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
o Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Develop and execute eective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
o Negotiate contracts and close sales deals eectively.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
o Provide feedback to the product development team to align oerings with market demands.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present sales reports to management.
5. Collaboration:
o Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales.
• Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Fluency in English
o Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM software and MS Oice Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and plastic industry trends is a plus.
