We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic management of client relationships, territory development, and innovative sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record in technology or product sales. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned territories.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through effective relationship management and upselling strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales closures.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage territory effectively through planning and analysis skills to optimize coverage and revenue growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management with a focus on technology or product solutions.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, direct sales, retail sales, or territory sales environments.
  • Analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
