We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Person to join our Pune team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team in the building materials sector Grey Products(Cement ,Tile adhesive, Block adhesive , Acc block, Plaster Products, Admixture ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals. Technical Sales . Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers to promote and sell GripOn Bharats products/services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referral B2B Sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete admixture segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants, contractors, consultants, and builders. Preferred candidate profile Candidate from Building material Industry ( Cement, Tile, Admixture, Block, Adhesive) Experience in Field Sales Need to have Bike Good Communication and Convincing skill.
