Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Person to join our Pune, Ahmednagar & Jalgaon team.

Cement ,Tile adhesive, Block adhesive , Acc block, Plaster Products, Admixture

contractors, builders, architects, and dealers

Candidate having experience in Building Material Industry Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
Technical Sales .
Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers to promote and sell GripOn Bharats products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referral
B2B Sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete admixture segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants, contractors, consultants, and builders.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Building material Industry ( Cement, Tile, Admixture, Block, Adhesive)
Experience in Field Sales
Need to have Bike & Laptop.
Good Communication and Convincing skill.
