Position: Senior Sales Executive – Celebration | Corporate | CommerceTech Gifting


Location: Gurugram


Reporting To: Head – Sales & Business Development / Management


Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive at Izzhaar plays a key role in driving revenue across three verticals — Celebration, Corporate, and CommerceTech Gifting. This position demands a blend of relationship-building, creative selling, digital adaptability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate understands the art of personalization, the science of business gifting, and the agility of tech-enabled commerce.



Key Responsibilities


1. Celebration Gifting (Emotional & Personal)

• Build and manage relationships with individual clients, wedding planners, and gifting curators for customized gifting solutions.

• Present and promote bespoke hampers, festive, and life-event collections.

• Ensure personalized service and coordination between design, production, and packaging teams.

• Represent Izzhaar at weddings, exhibitions, and lifestyle events for brand visibility and lead generation.


2. Corporate Gifting (Institutional & Business)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, hotels, embassies, and institutions.

• Prepare and present customized proposals for corporate festivals, employee engagement, and promotional gifting.

• Coordinate with the accounts and production teams for timely execution and dispatch of bulk orders.

• Maintain and update corporate client databases, leads, and follow-ups.

• Drive payment collections and ensure smooth communication post-delivery for repeat business.


3. CommerceTech Gifting (Digital & Retail)

• Work closely with the e-commerce, omni-channel, and retail teams to convert digital inquiries into sales.

• Manage online-to-offline customer journeys for quicker order closures.

• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign conversions, influencer gifting, and festive launches.

• Contribute to data-based insights from CRM and online platforms to improve conversion rates.
