Job Summary


Looking for experts in Adhesive , Tile and Building Material Industry having Exp of 5-10 years .


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and area sales managers

• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments for growth

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and channel partners

• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to optimize positioning

• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and feedback

• Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates by the sales team
