Job Description:

Perpex Insights is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior BDM Sales to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, B2B strategies and academic collaboration this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Develop and execute monthly sales plans and strategies
• Ensure individual and team sales targets are met
• Provide regular sales training, support, and performance feedback
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Identify new business opportunities and client segments
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and conversion

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or education related industries.

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.

-Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Prior experience in training or academic engagement is a plus.
